为了改善芳纶纤维(AF)与橡胶基体之间的界面粘合,本文提出了一种简便易行的芳纶纳米纤维(ANF)涂层方法。在碱性溶液中聚合单宁酸(TA)和聚乙烯亚胺(PEI)形成薄的TA/PEI(TP)层,沉积在AF表面以引入羟基和氨基等官能团。随后利用ANF涂层在AF表面构建纳米结构,改善纤维与橡胶之间的界面粘合。通过TP层与ANF之间的氢键和/或π-π堆积作用,ANF涂层牢固地附着在AF表面。与未处理纤维相比,经过1、3、5、7、9个沉积循环的ANF涂层AF的界面粘合分别提高了27.8%、29.1%、31.5%、43.1%和30.3%,纤维的力学性能基本保持不变。该方法具有工艺简单、操作便捷、耗时少等优点,对工业应用具有重要意义。
