芳纶纳米纤维对环氧树脂力学性能的影响及与芳纶纤维粘接性能的改善

受纳米填料在复合材料中应用的启发,制备了分散性良好的芳纶纳米纤维(ANF),并将其添加到环氧树脂(EP)中以改善ANF/EP复合材料的韧性和抗冲击性能。通过力学性能测试、表面分析、热力学性能分析和接触角测量对复合材料进行了表征。结果表明,当EP中添加0.15 wt% ANF时,与纯EP相比,拉伸强度、弯曲强度和冲击强度分别提高了28.2%、81.9%和81.8%。复合材料的热稳定性和浸润性得到改善。与未增强的EP相比,芳纶纤维的层间剪切强度和界面剪切强度分别提高了53.1%和92.7%,表明用ANF增强的环氧树脂也有利于改善芳纶纤维与EP的界面粘接强度。ANF对环氧树脂的增强机制和界面增强机理研究表明,ANF可以产生多个裂纹桥接效应和强的氢键相互作用界面。
