芳纶纤维表面芳纶纳米纤维涂层改性以提高其与聚碳酸酯的界面性能

本研究探讨了芳纶纳米纤维(ANF)涂层对芳纶纤维表面处理及其增强聚碳酸酯(PC)复合材料(AF/PC)界面性能的影响。芳纶纤维表面光滑、惯性强,与聚碳酸酯的粘结性能较差。研究采用PC/CH₂Cl₂溶液制备PC-ANF涂层,通过芳纶纳米纤维改性来改善芳纶纤维/PC复合材料的界面粘合性和相容性。进一步添加硅烷偶联剂(KH570)以提高ANF与PC的分散性和界面强度。结果表明,经PSi-ANF涂层改性的芳纶纤维水接触角显著降低,表明改性纤维具有更好的润湿性。PC与芳纶纤维间的界面粘结强度提高了77.2%。采用热压成型工艺制备AF/PC复合材料,使用P-ANF涂层和PSi-ANF涂层处理的芳纶织物。含2.0 wt% ANF的PSi-ANF涂层处理的芳纶增强AF/PC复合材料的拉伸强度、弯曲强度、层间剪切强度和冲击强度分别提高了62.0%、81.9%、49.5%和27.6%。研究表明,引入ANF界面层为增强芳纶增强复合材料的界面粘结性能提供了一种创新且实用的方法。
