聚苯硫醚超细纤维增强间位芳纶复合纸的制备及高击穿强度研究

间位芳纶纸因其优异的绝缘性能和热稳定性在变压器中得到广泛应用。然而,随着高压变压器的快速发展,对间位芳纶纸击穿强度的要求不断提高。本研究采用湿法抄造与热压工艺相结合的方法制备了间位芳纶短纤维/聚苯硫醚(MACFs/PPS)复合纸。系统研究了复合纸的微观形貌、力学性能、结晶行为、绝缘性能和热稳定性。实验结果表明,MACFs/PPS复合纸的击穿强度高达46.46 kV/mm,是著名的Nomex T410绝缘纸的2.7倍。同时,该复合纸具有良好的力学性能和热稳定性。本研究为制备高击穿强度间位芳纶复合纸提供了一种简便有效的方法。
