本研究考察了硅油改性聚甲醛(POM)基体中玄武岩纤维(BF)和聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)颗粒混杂增强复合材料的性能。通过实验测定了基本物理力学性能,并研究了热性能和摩擦学性能,采用扫描电镜(SEM)观察了材料的微观结构特征。结果表明:当玄武岩纤维和PTFE颗粒的添加量为7.5/7.5 wt%时,相比纯POM,摩擦系数从0.36降低至0.12,磨损率从0.61降低至0.37,同时强度性能得到提升。当填料含量增加至12.5/12.5 wt%时,拉伸刚度从2800 MPa提高至5120 MPa,弯曲刚度从2500 MPa提高至4944 MPa,刚度提高近一倍,磨损率进一步降低,但摩擦系数基本保持不变。研究表明,填料的加入能够在保持高强度性能的同时提供优异的摩擦学性能,为高性能工程塑料复合材料的开发提供了技术参考。
