玄武岩/芳纶/环氧树脂复合材料层板的混杂效应对力学性能的影响

本研究制备了芳纶/环氧树脂、玄武岩/环氧树脂及玄武岩/芳纶/环氧树脂混杂复合材料层板,并对其力学性能进行了对比分析。采用手工铺层工艺制备了7层复合材料板,共8种层板配置(其中2种为纯芳纶/环氧和纯玄武岩/环氧,其余6种为玄武岩/芳纶混杂层板,采用不同堆积顺序),并浸渍于环氧树脂基体中形成混杂结构。按照ASTM标准对切割的试样进行了拉伸、弯曲、冲击和硬度等力学性能测试。显微观察表明,增强纤维与基体材料之间具有良好的界面粘结。结果表明,纯玄武岩/环氧层板因密度较高,其拉伸强度和弯曲强度均优于纯芳纶/环氧层板。混杂层板(玄武岩/芳纶/环氧)的拉伸强度和弯曲强度介于纯玄武岩/环氧和纯芳纶/环氧层板之间。硬度和冲击强度也呈现相似的变化规律。研究结果为混杂复合材料的设计和应用提供了参考。
