基质强度对束状芳纶纤维增强水泥基复合材料桥接性能的影响

束状芳纶纤维在水泥基基质中具有良好的粘结性能,有望在纤维增强水泥基复合材料(FRCC)中表现出高桥接性能。为研究基质强度对束状芳纶纤维增强水泥基复合材料桥接性能的影响,以基质强度和纤维体积分数为主要参数,进行了FRCC单轴拉伸试验、单根纤维拔出试验和桥接规律计算。试验结果表明,FRCC的最大拉伸荷载和单根纤维的最大拔出荷载均随基质强度增加而增加。考虑基质强度影响的桥接规律计算结果能够很好地表征束状芳纶纤维的桥接性能。计算结果还表明,桥接强度与基质抗压强度呈线性关系,直至抗压强度约50 MPa处。该研究为优化FRCC的设计和性能提供了理论依据。
