短芳纶纤维(AF)增强橡胶复合材料(SFRR)在多个方面的力学性能优于炭黑填充橡胶,但其性能在很大程度上取决于界面粘合强度。本研究采用热氧化处理芳纶纤维,以马来酸酐液态聚丁二烯橡胶为相容剂,制备了AF增强炭黑-三元乙丙橡胶(CB-EPDM)复合材料。通过相对脱粘能(RDE)评估AF与基体间的界面粘合,并研究了相应的动静性能。纤维表面处理与橡胶相容性的结合可改善界面粘合,RDE显著提高。与未改性AF增强CB-EPDM相比,100%和300%伸长率处的拉伸模量分别提高27.4%和16.7%,撕裂强度提高22.9%,缺口样品应力控制疲劳寿命提高140%。应变控制疲劳30000次循环后,RDE随平均变形量逐渐降低,但改性后的AF增强CB-EPDM因界面粘合良好,RDE保持在较高水平。研究结果表明,优化的界面粘合对复合材料的长期使用性能具有重要意义。
