受鹰鸮羽毛轻质高强特性的启发,成功制备了具有小羽枝结构的仿生连续碳纤维增强聚乳酸(CF/PLA)复合材料,并通过3D打印技术实现。鹰鸮羽毛在外部载荷作用下,小羽枝与中轴之间的夹角减小,耗散部分能量,为仿生羽毛结构模型奠定基础。该模型采用一定排列角度的连续碳纤维进行设计。仿生结构模型设计参数的变化显著影响3D打印仿生复合材料的力学性能。沿拉伸方向的连续碳纤维含量相对较低,限制了仿生复合材料拉伸强度的提升;但由于连续碳纤维的多角度排列设计,有效阻碍了裂纹在仿生复合材料中的扩展,表现出优异的抗冲击性能。该仿生羽毛设计方法和CF/PLA复合材料3D打印工艺的可行性,为其在高冲击载荷应用领域的拓展提供了技术基础。
