将热塑性复合材料应用于飞机结构中最具挑战性的高载荷接头——浴盆式接头。采用有限元分析和专用软件设计了具有多个相交壁面的浴盆式接头,通过预热平板坯料的压成形工艺制造,采用变厚度设计以优化结构性能。利用计算机断层扫描(CT)无损检测技术评估了制件质量。静态测试结果表明,接头强度比设计强度低5%,与分析预测结果高度吻合。疲劳测试表现出优异性能,失效模式不由圆角区域的面外应力引起。应用了基于单次循环能量耗散量的新型疲劳预测方法,其预测结果与试验结果具有很好的一致性。研究表明热塑性复合材料接头在高载荷工况下具有可靠的静疲劳性能,为其在航空结构中的应用提供了重要的技术支撑。
