高斯过程回归模型预测FRP与混凝土粘结强度的性能评估

本研究提出了一种高斯过程回归(GPR)模型用于预测FRP与混凝土的粘结强度。采用单搭接剪切试验数据预测外贴FRP系统与混凝土棱柱的粘结强度。建立了包含150组已发表实验数据的数据库,用于GPR模型的训练和测试阶段,包含6个输入参数:混凝土棱柱宽度、混凝土抗压强度、FRP厚度、FRP宽度、FRP长度和FRP弹性模量。预测问题的输出参数为粘结强度。采用决定系数、均方根误差(RMSE)和平均绝对误差(MAE)三个统计指标,对GPR模型在500次模拟中的性能进行评估。研究结果表明,与实验结果相比,GPR模型为预测FRP与混凝土粘结强度提供了一种高效的替代方法,具有较好的预测精度和泛化能力。该模型可为FRP加固混凝土结构的工程设计提供技术支持。
