高导热连续中间相沥青基碳纤维/环氧树脂复合材料的制备与3D打印
Preparation and 3D printing of high-thermal-conductivity continuous mesophase-pitch-based carbon fiber/epoxy composites

为满足航天器对树脂导热性能的需求,解决3D打印复杂零件时导热效率低的问题,本研究提出了一种新型连续中间相沥青基碳纤维/热塑性聚氨酯/环氧树脂(CMPCF/TPU/epoxy)复合长丝及其制备工艺。该复合长丝基于CMPCF的高导热性、TPU的高弹性和环氧树脂的耐高温性能。对CMPCF/TPU/epoxy复合长丝的拉伸强度和导热系数进行了测试。通过3D打印技术制备CMPCF/TPU/epoxy复合材料,按导热方向铺放复合长丝,使打印件能满足定向导热需求。实验结果表明,打印样品的导热系数达到40.549 W/(m·K),是纯环氧树脂(0.254 W/(m·K))的160倍,约为聚丙烯腈碳纤维/环氧树脂(PAN-CF/epoxy)复合材料的13倍。本研究突破了CMPCF可打印性差的技术瓶颈,为实现定向导热打印提供了新方法,对高性能导热复杂产品的开发具有重要意义。
