骨盆软骨瘤及神经根的3D打印复合模型

背景:3D打印技术在临床骨科术前规划中的应用日益广泛。骨盆内骨肿瘤的手术治疗因其复杂的三维骨结构几何形态以及与重要神经血管结构的邻近关系而具有挑战性。本研究采用3D打印技术制作了腰椎下段、骨盆及伴随神经根的复合骨-神经模型,用于术前规划。病例介绍:利用CT数据重建骨盆和脊柱模型,采用MRI数据重建神经根并用弹性材料打印,创建了骨盆肿瘤及穿行神经的精确三维重建模型。该复合模型使外科医生能够精确了解L3和L4神经根的确切位置关系,实现了有针对性的肿瘤切除和极其谨慎的手术操作。结论:患者实现了肿瘤的完全切除,未出现神经并发症,症状完全缓解。通过术前精细规划和复合3D模型的应用,显著提高了手术的安全性和有效性。该技术对于复杂骨盆肿瘤的手术治疗具有重要的临床指导意义。
