预热对自动化纤维铺放速度的影响

本文分析了在自动化纤维铺放(AFP)工艺中,采用预热和不采用预热两种情况下对制造速度的影响。研究基于傅里叶传热方程,并假设预浸丝束具有均一的材料性能,建立了预浸丝束的传热模型。该模型在不同阶段的边界条件和初始条件根据能量交换原理给出。本研究选用热塑性复合材料APC-2(碳纤维/PEEK)作为预浸丝束材料,并利用有限元法(FEM)模拟和研究了纤维铺放过程中的温度历史。由于纤维铺放速度与温度响应时间密切相关,因此可以通过温度历史数据推导出铺放速度。最终,研究结果表明预热可以显著提高纤维铺放的制造速度和效率。
