自动铺纤(AFP)工艺因其优异的灵活性和高效率被广泛应用于轻量化复合材料构件的制造。然而,AFP工艺中不可避免地产生的间隙和搭接所诱发的面外纤维波浪度对力学性能的影响缺乏系统的实验研究。本研究提出了一套实验方案,系统研究了面外纤维波浪度的影响机制。基于纤维波浪度形状的描述,建立了波浪度幅值因子与层板轴向弹性模量的关系。通过在铺层设计中嵌入间隙和搭接,提出了一种制造正弦波和类正弦波纤维波浪度复合材料层板的新方法,验证了波浪度层板弹性性能理论分析的合理性。通过拉伸和压缩试验获得了幅值因子对复合材料层板力学性能的影响规律。实验结果表明:随着幅值因子的增加,层板的拉伸和压缩性能均显著下降;类正弦波对力学性能的影响规律与正弦波相似,将类正弦波等效为正弦波进行力学性能分析是可行的。该研究为AFP工艺中纤维波浪度缺陷的评估和控制提供了重要的实验依据。
