激光辅助自动铺带系统目前是热塑性带材铺放的先进技术。闪光灯加热系统是该领域的新兴技术,相比激光辅助自动铺带系统具有能量密度高、安全要求低、成本适中等优势。本研究采用闪光灯加热系统,研究工艺参数对碳纤维增强聚酰胺6(PA6)带材层间粘结性能的影响。利用红外摄像机监测铺放过程中的温度,通过楔形剥离试验表征粘结强度。在铺放速度50 mm/s条件下,研究了210~330 °C温度范围内带材的粘结质量。采用热重分析(TGA)、差示扫描量热法(DSC)和显微镜观察等方法,研究了材料性能及工艺条件对带材热物理性能和几何性能的影响。结果表明,热物理性能和几何性能未发生显著变化。带材内部水分和闪光灯系统石英导光管的污染对粘结强度有显著影响。干燥带材的最高楔形剥离强度出现在约330 °C时。
