铺层序列优化以提高热塑性复合材料感应焊接的体积发热量

热塑性复合材料在航空航天结构中的应用前景广阔,因其可采用无紧固件装配工艺(如感应焊接)进行组装。感应焊接通过局部熔融两个部件界面处的热塑性树脂,冷却后形成牢固的粘结。复合材料的铺层序列,特别是界面处纤维取向角,对给定线圈几何形状下的体积发热量有显著影响。通过优化铺层序列而非改变电流和频率等工艺参数,可以最大化体积发热量。本研究采用遗传算法,专注于通过铺层序列优化来提高热塑性复合材料感应焊接的体积发热量。优化后的层板相比基准准各向同性层板显示出显著的发热性能提升。当纤维取向角以45°和15°为步长变化时,体积发热量分别增加了9倍和13倍。后续将通过实验验证软件预测结果,并与其他计算工具进行对比。
