采用真空辅助树脂传递模塑工艺制造的部分未成型层板碳纤维增强复合材料接头强度增强研究

部分未成型碳纤维增强复合材料(CFRP)接头在提高粘接接头效率方面展现了潜力。本研究调查了四种不同接头结构:原始层板接头(OLJ,对接形式)、搭接接头(搭接长度分别为20 mm(O20)和40 mm(O40))以及特殊设计的多覆盖接头(MLJ)。所有接头均采用真空辅助树脂传递模塑(VARTM)工艺制造。通过拉伸和弯曲试验评估接头的力学性能。O40接头达到最高的极限失效载荷,相比OLJ试样提高56%,同时在弯曲强度和模量方面均优于其他接头类型,甚至超过标准弯曲试样。所提出接头的强度提高幅度相比OLJ试样范围为58%~68%。断口分析表明OLJ和O20接头呈现分层失效模式,而O40和MLJ接头则表现为分层与纤维断裂的混合失效模式。建立了拉伸试验的有限元模型(FEM),模拟结果与实验结果吻合良好。有限元分析进一步阐明了实验现象、潜在失效机制和损伤扩展规律。
