合成纤维在复合材料中的应用因生产过程中的碳排放和对不可再生资源的依赖而引发环保问题。本研究作为初步探索,旨在选择合适的天然纤维与玻璃纤维混杂,开发可持续且高性能的混杂复合材料,作为传统拉挤玻纤增强复合材料在结构型材应用中的潜在替代品。采用层次分析法(AHP)对混杂拉挤纤维增强复合材料的天然纤维增强体进行筛选,以满足结构应用需求。研究从13种天然纤维候选材料中,基于6项评价准则进行分析对比。评价准则包括:抗拉强度、抗拉模量、密度、纤维素含量、伸长率和纤维可获得性。通过AHP权重计算,剑麻纤维(kenaf)获得最高优先级向量值0.1,被确定为最适合该应用的增强纤维。随后通过敏感性分析对结果进行验证,确保剑麻纤维是该研究最合适的材料选择。该研究为开发环保型混杂纤维增强复合材料提供了系统的材料筛选方法,为拉挤成型工艺中天然纤维的应用奠定了基础。
