本研究改进了双带层压和压缩模塑两种不同的层压工艺,以生产环保型全热塑性夹芯板。采用玻纤/聚丙烯复合材料表皮和100%来自消费废旧塑料瓶的回收PET泡沫芯材,对夹芯板的制造参数进行了精确评估,以确保产品质量。表皮-芯材粘接性能的评价结果表明,PET泡沫密度与制造工艺方法共同影响层间粘接效果。在受控工艺参数下,剥离试验和平向拉伸试验结果证实了满意的层间连接形成。此外,三点弯曲补充分析突出了夹芯板性能的差异。压缩模塑法制造的夹芯板相比双带机制造的产品表现出更优的承载能力,这归因于两种层压工艺的固有特性——采用单次或多次热处理阶段来制造夹芯板。最后,研究结果表明,尽管存在轻微的质量衰减可能性,双带法的生产连续性能力使其成为满足行业需求的可行选择。
