本研究针对从CAD模型导入的薄壁复合材料结构的成型工艺进行建模,以满足力学性能和壁厚均匀性的要求。所开发的数值工艺模型包含真空注入和后注入两个阶段,考虑了树脂流动和多孔预制体中发生的全部复杂过程。受控工艺参数包括温度、作用于预制体开放表面和真空管路上的压力大小及施加时间。由于预制体壁厚较小,其内表面固定在开放式复合材料模具上,机械问题可得到简化,仅考虑预制体沿开放表面法向的变形,显著降低了仿真时间并提高了工艺优化效率。三种控制模式的应用案例表明,该模型对工艺过程的描述及受控参数选择工具包能够消除干斑形成、真空口过早堵塞、增强体分布不均或数量不足等临界问题。这得益于对树脂粘度急剧上升和固化硬化前整个工艺动力学过程的准确描述。该方法还可获得全尺寸实验中难以获取的工艺参数。
