纤维增强复合材料零件的机械回收工艺将长连续纤维破碎成短不连续纤维,导致回收材料性能显著降低,限制了其应用范围。本研究通过在成型过程中集成连续纤维复合材料预制件来增强回收复合材料零件的结构性能。采用二维预制件置于回收复合材料零件的结构关键区域,其余区域用破碎复合材料填充。以飞机顶部行李舱门销轴支架为研究对象,预制件和回收材料均采用60 wt%碳纤维增强聚醚酮酮(PEKK)复合材料制备。设计了三种不同的预制件组合方案用于制造销轴支架,通过机械性能测试评估各方案的性能。采用数字图像相关(DIC)技术分析零件局部应变变化,并研究测试过程中的失效机制。测试结果表明,经过合理设计的预制件的引入显著改善了回收复合材料零件的性能,为机械回收复合材料的高值化应用提供了有效途径。
