血脑屏障(BBB)的存在严重限制了脑肿瘤治疗药物的脑部递送效率。本研究开发了IF7C(RR)-SN38偶联物,该化合物通过Annexin A1介导的机制有效穿透血脑屏障,在小鼠脑肿瘤模型中显著抑制肿瘤生长。采用Solutol HS15作为药物递送载体进行制剂化处理后,IF7C(RR)-SN38不仅能够有效跨越血脑屏障到达脑肿瘤部位,而且可能通过激发机体抗肿瘤免疫应答而增强治疗效果。该研究为开发新型脑肿瘤靶向治疗药物提供了重要的技术路线,具有重要的临床转化潜力。
