连续纤维增强复合材料长丝3D打印的成功取决于打印喷嘴与精确控制的工艺参数之间的协同关系。本研究建立了仿真模型,研究了打印温度、打印速度和喷嘴长度对预浸料长丝在3D打印过程中熔融状态的影响。采用Box-Behnken响应面法对关键工艺参数进行优化。以连续纤维增强复合材料长丝聚乳酸(CFRCF/PLA)为研究对象,设计了喷嘴直径为1 mm、加热区长度为8 mm的打印喷嘴。优化后的打印工艺参数为:打印温度220 °C、打印速度300 mm/min、打印层厚0.2 mm。采用优化喷嘴和工艺参数进行的实验验证表明,连续纤维预浸料长丝打印的稳定性得到显著提升。
