摘要整理
连续纤维增强聚合物复合材料(CFRPC)因其相比金属及合金具有质量轻、比强度高、比模量高等优势,已广泛应用于汽车、航空航天等领域。CFRPC的3D打印技术创新开启了高性能、低成本复杂复合材料结构设计与制造的新时代。3D打印CFRPC技术为先进材料与创新结构之间搭建了桥梁。本综述从材料、结构、工艺、性能及功能等方面系统阐述了CFRPC 3D打印的技术现状。阐明了CFRPC 3D打印的典型应用与发展前景,以把握机遇、应对挑战。未来需要开展跨学科研究,涵盖先进材料、工艺与装备、结构设计以及最终的智能化性能等多个领域,推动CFRPC 3D打印技术的深入发展与工程应用。
