熔融沉积成型(FFF)作为一种增材制造工艺,是一种热驱动方法,用于生产用于工程应用的连续纤维增强复合材料。层间脱层是FFF工艺制造的复合材料的重大问题。为了解决层间脱层问题并增强FFF纤维复合材料的宏观力学性能,有必要研究沉积过程中连续纤维填充复合材料的热行为。提出了考虑连续纤维的热仿真模型。数值模拟再现了实验温度演变的趋势。当从传热模型中忽略连续纤维相时,预测的界面再加热温度与红外监测测得的温度相比较低。这一结果突出了开发考虑连续纤维相的数值模型的关键必要性,以准确预测界面处的再加热温度。这样的模型对于深入探索相邻层和相邻丝材之间的粘合机制至关重要。
