摘要整理
连续纤维增强热塑性复合材料(CFRTPCs)具有比强度高、比模量高、耐腐蚀、可回收等优势,广泛应用于航空航天、轨道交通、新能源等领域。然而,传统的CFRTPCs制备方法(如铺放成型)主要依赖成型模具,导致制造成本高、响应速度慢,限制了复杂构型和性能可设计的新一代CFRTPCs的推广应用。三维打印技术能高效制造多材料、复杂结构、功能一体化产品,为CFRTPCs制造提供了新的途径和机遇。然而,机械性能不足是实现CFRTPCs 3D打印的瓶颈问题。本文总结了熔融沉积成型(FDM)3D打印工艺及相应CFRTPCs的机械性能研究现状,重点分析了材料类型、打印温度、速度参数、层厚、扫描间距、堆积方向和纤维体积含量等FDM工艺参数对CFRTPCs机械性能的影响规律。最后分析和预测了当前CFRTPCs-FDM存在的主要问题和发展前景,为高性能CFRTPCs的3D打印提供了新的参考和思路。
