连续纤维增强热塑性复合材料3D打印的X波段微波吸收性能研究——工艺参数的影响

本研究系统调查了工艺参数对3D打印连续碳纤维增强聚乳酸复合材料在X波段(8~12 GHz)微波吸收性能的影响。基于正交试验设计,重点关注纤维取向和打印温度两个关键工艺参数。采用响应面法(RSM)进一步研究了纤维取向与打印温度的耦合效应对平均吸收率的影响,揭示了这些参数对微波吸收性能的作用机制。优化结果表明,最优工艺参数为纤维取向58.39°、打印温度230°C,对应的平均吸收率预测值为0.525。对应最优参数的试样力学性能已进行表征。实验结果表明,工艺参数的优化可显著提高平均吸收率。微观结构观察发现,孔隙对微波吸收性能和力学性能具有相反的影响规律。本研究为连续纤维增强热塑性复合材料3D打印在结构吸波材料中的进一步应用提供了重要的指导意义。
