3D打印为复合材料产品的快速原型制造和定制化生产提供了经济高效的解决方案。多轴机器人系统与打印工艺的集成显著增强了运动控制能力、设计灵活性和制造可扩展性。本研究介绍了一套机器人辅助制造平台及其配套数字工作流程,用于紫外光固化连续纤维增强聚合物复合材料(CFRPCs)的3D打印。具体而言,建立了一套可转移的机器人3D打印CFRPCs协议,包括坐标计算、轨迹生成和验证检查等环节。该协议能够在平面基体和曲面3D基体上打印复合材料样件或大尺度结构。此外,还演示了利用激光三维扫描技术在轮廓未知的基体上进行复合材料打印的方法。总体而言,所开发的打印方法和工作流程适用于更广泛的原料材料和机器人操作臂,为未来3D打印CFRPCs的发展提供了有价值的参考。
