连续纤维增强复合材料三维打印层角部补偿算法研究

熔融沉积成型(FFF)三维打印技术在连续纤维增强复合材料(CFRC)打印中应用前景广阔。本文基于"独立挤出"型FFF CFRC打印工艺,采用轮廓偏置法获取可执行的G代码,用于连续纤维增强长丝(CFRF)打印。研究发现CFRC打印在角部处理时,实际打印轨迹与理想铺层轨迹存在偏差。通过分析误差产生原因,提出了角部优化算法。该算法经理论分析和实验验证,结果表明:角部优化算法将CFRF打印30°角的适配度提高90%,可靠性显著改善。在打印长度127,200 mm、包含960个打印角的实验中,失败率为0,充分验证了所提算法的有效性和实用价值。该研究为CFRC增材制造的工艺优化和质量控制提供了重要参考。
