连续纤维增强复合材料因其优异的力学性能、设计灵活性以及耐腐蚀、抗疲劳等特点,广泛应用于航空航天、汽车制造、智能材料等领域。传统制造工艺因生产成本高、工艺复杂而在复杂结构应用中受限,3D打印技术的成熟为制造轻质、复杂一体化的连续纤维增强结构提供了新途径。本文系统阐述了连续纤维增强复合材料的打印原料体系和主要打印方法,总结了不同工艺参数对打印过程和制品性能的影响规律,分析了该技术在航空航天、汽车、医疗器械等领域的应用前景,讨论了纤维取向控制、界面粘结强度、打印精度等关键技术问题,并对连续纤维增强复合材料3D打印的发展方向进行了展望。
