本文研究了连续碳纤维增强热固性环氧复合材料的三维打印工艺。采用静电植绒技术将粉体固体环氧树脂附着在1K连续碳纤维束上,经熔融制备复合材料长丝。利用改进的挤出式打印机对长丝进行熔融沉积,按设计路径逐层堆积形成复杂几何形状的预制体。经真空袋装和烘箱固化后,纤维方向拉伸强度达1372.4 MPa,弹性模量达98.2 GPa,纤维体积分数达56%,表明环氧树脂对碳纤维具有良好的浸润性。开孔复合材料拉伸试验表明,采用设计应力线纤维路径的试样相比机械钻孔样品的极限强度提高了95%。通过扳手和格栅结构等典型案例研究进一步验证了该工艺在复杂几何结构设计中的自由度优势,展示了该技术在个性化和功能化复合材料制造中的应用潜力。
