近年来,增材制造(AM)已成为制造业的关键技术方法,特别是在通过3D打印生产高性能连续纤维增强热塑性塑料方面。这一创新对汽车、航空航天和生物技术等领域具有巨大潜力,相比传统材料具有结构优势。为克服强度和耐久性的局限,复合长丝共挤出(cCFC)技术将碳纤维集成到热塑性基体中。本研究通过Aniprint cCFC工艺,采用热塑性聚氨酯(TPU)和碳纤维(CF)制备3D打印复合材料,系统研究其力学性能和能量吸收特性。准静态测试验证了所制备复合材料的力学响应和弯曲性能得到显著改善,证明其在汽车面板和防护装备等抗冲击吸能应用中的适用性。本研究为连续碳纤维增强TPU复合材料在各工业领域的广泛应用奠定了基础。
