随着环保意识的日益提高,可再生材料的研究探索呈现显著增长趋势,特别是在天然纤维增强聚合物复合材料领域。连续天然纤维增强复合材料(CNFRCs)的增材制造技术取得重大进展,为实现CNFRCs性能的精准定制化设计开辟了新的途径。本综述系统评述了CNFRCs的三维打印先进工艺,并分析了其面临的挑战与发展前景。首先,综述了CNFRCs的三维打印工艺流程,详细分类了增强相和基体相的应用情况;其次,从力学性能和形状记忆等新型功能特性两个方面讨论了CNFRCs的性能表现;再次,探讨了三维打印CNFRCs的性能优化方法和预测技术;最后,从设计、制造、预测到应用等全生命周期角度,阐述了三维打印CNFRCs未来研究的机遇与方向。
