摘要整理
连续天然纤维与熔融沉积成型(FFF)3D打印技术的结合,可制造低碳排放、环境友好、轻质高强的生物质复合材料,并具有可设计的几何特征。现有文献中,连续纤维3D打印综述主要涵盖碳纤维、芳纶和玻璃纤维等合成纤维,关于连续天然纤维FFF打印的文献极为稀缺。将连续天然纤维增强体融入FFF工艺的技术与方法论是一个新兴研究领域。对连续天然纤维3D打印的现状与前景进行全面综述与讨论,有利于该技术的发展。本文总结了连续天然纤维3D打印的研究现状,包括打印工艺、材料体系、打印工艺参数对复合材料性能的影响等内容,为连续天然纤维与热塑性复合材料的FFF技术发展提供参考。
