连续纤维3D打印作为一项新兴技术,在越来越多的应用领域引起关注。自2016年发现以来不足10年,连续纤维3D打印研究仍处于初期阶段,许多技术和基础问题亟待解决。现有文献主要集中于采用连续合成纤维(如碳纤维和芳纶纤维)的3D打印工艺。本综述总结了连续天然植物纤维及其再生纤维的3D打印进展,以及它们在增强热塑性复合材料中的应用。重点评述了这类高性能连续纤维增强聚合物复合材料在极端环境条件(包括高低温、湿热、紫外辐射等)下的力学性能表现。这些连续纤维增强复合材料具有在航空航天等高端应用领域的巨大潜力。
