连续SiO₂纤维增强波透陶瓷的直接墨水书写成形

本文首次报道了通过改进直接墨水书写(DIW)技术制备连续SiO₂纤维增强波透陶瓷复合材料的方法,以改善陶瓷的力学和介电性能。通过添加纳米SiO₂粉体,陶瓷墨水表现出良好的可打印性。通过有限元仿真设计和优化同轴针头结构,实现了连续纤维增强的有效打印工艺。打印后,连续纤维在基体陶瓷中均匀连续分布,保持了纤维增强复合材料的高成形精度。研究表明,10 vol%连续SiO₂纤维使陶瓷的弯曲强度相比无纤维陶瓷提高约27%,介电性能也得到显著改善。该新型方法揭示了直接墨水书写技术在制备具有复杂结构和性能改善的连续纤维增强波透陶瓷中的应用潜力。
