复合材料的制造方法多样,其中自动纤维铺放(AFP)技术是航空航天等领域应用的最先进制造工艺。虽然该工艺具有诸多优势,但存在独特的制造挑战和质量问题。纤维束间隙、纤维束重叠、纤维束扭曲、纤维束不完整和纤维束缺失等铺放缺陷会导致制件机械性能下降。虽然无法完全避免缺陷,但通过优化关键工艺参数可以将其最小化。辊压力是重要参数之一——过高会导致纤维束变宽变薄,过低则纤维束预浸料与基体粘合不良,难以贴合曲面。本研究采用碳纤维预浸料(T700SC-24K-50C)和环氧树脂基体系统(UF 3376-100),在不同辊压力(2 bar、3.5 bar、5 bar)条件下,分别有无基层预浸料地制备了不同配置的试验层板。按照ASTM D3039和ASTM D7264标准分别进行拉伸和弯曲试验,研究这些工艺参数对层板缺陷的影响。试验结果表明,采用3.5 bar的辊压力和与纤维束预浸料相同材料的基层预浸料,可使缺陷最少,从而获得最优的拉伸和弯曲性能。
