薄膜密封压缩树脂传递模塑中的边缘竞速流追踪

边缘竞速流追踪是树脂传递模塑(RTM)中的常见问题,由预成型体边缘与模腔之间的高渗透通道引起,会显著改变预成型体浸渍模式。目前关于压缩树脂传递模塑(CRTM)中边缘竞速流追踪效应的研究信息匮乏。为此,本研究开发了实验室设备,通过流动可视化实验研究CRTM预成型体浸渍过程。采用薄热塑性薄膜密封预成型体浸渍区域,进行薄膜密封压缩树脂传递模塑(FS-CRTM)实验。对几何宽厚比较小的预成型体进行研究,观察到注射间隙快速填充,随后进行厚度方向预成型体浸渍。当存在边缘竞速流通道时,观察到从通道向预成型体中心的额外横向面内流动,该流动在注射开始后不久启动,由注射间隙与竞速流通道之间的空间连接引起。为减弱边缘竞速流追踪,采用了被动流动控制策略,通过上模具的分体设计在空间上隔离注射间隙与竞速流通道,并对预成型体边缘进行预压实。结果表明,横向竞速流流动延迟且减弱,证明被动流动控制策略提高了FS-CRTM工艺对边缘竞速流追踪效应的鲁棒性。
