天然木质纤维素纤维及其织物作为聚合物基体的增强材料在近几十年来备受关注,已广泛应用于工业复合材料领域。天然纤维织物相比玻纤等合成纤维具有竞争力的性能指标。特别地,天然纤维织物因其能提供多向增强、允许更高的纤维体积分数而成为更高效的替代方案。苎麻纤维具有优异的强度,可纺织成织物,但作为强韧性聚合物增强体的研究相对较少。本研究采用真空辅助树脂注入成型(VARIM)工艺制备了纤维体积分数为30%的苎麻织物增强环氧树脂复合材料,系统表征了复合材料的力学性能,并通过断口形貌学分析阐释了相关力学行为机制。研究结果为苎麻织物增强复合材料的工程应用提供了基础数据支撑。
