芯材几何形状对3D平面间隔针织织物增强瓦楞芯夹层板弯曲刚度和横向剪切刚度的影响

本文通过实验和数值模拟方法,系统研究了芯材几何形状对瓦楞芯夹层板弯曲刚度和横向剪切刚度的影响。采用真空辅助树脂传递模塑(VARTM)工艺制备了三种复合材料夹层板,分别采用矩形、帽形(梯形)和三角形截面几何结构的3D纬向针织间隔织物作为增强材料。为消除不同样品间的质量差异,精心选择了单胞尺寸、芯材壁与表皮夹角以及芯材壁针织所用纱线根数。实验结果表明,在瓦楞方向上,不同几何结构的承载能力和横向剪切刚度存在显著的统计学差异。研究结论为:三角形结构和矩形结构分别具有最高和最低的承载能力、横向剪切刚度和芯材剪切模量(瓦楞方向)。该研究为优化夹层板芯材设计提供了重要的结构参数指导。
