航空航天应用中纳米复合材料研究综述

先进材料已被广泛应用于航空航天结构、机械和高端应用领域。复合材料具有多项优势,包括抗疲劳性、耐腐蚀性以及在保证可靠性的前提下实现轻量化等特点。纳米复合材料作为复合材料的重要分支,其机械性能明显优于常规复合材料。目前纳米复合材料在航空航天工业中的应用仍存在研究空白,主要体现在应用前景的界定方面。航空航天工业的许多成功案例都得益于合适纳米复合材料的应用。本综述重点阐述了各类纳米复合材料的性能、制造工艺及应用现状,特别强调了其在航空航天工业中的先进机械性能优势。航空航天结构已采用约120,000种材料,其中MgB₂、多壁碳纳米管和丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯/蒙脱土纳米复合材料等备受关注。这些材料在轻质航天器结构、太空恶劣环境防护涂层、微电子子系统开发等航空航天应用中展现出优异的机械强度、耐久性、阻燃性、化学耐受性和热稳定性。
