自动铺纤路径规划参考曲线的高效预分析与优化生成方法

复杂曲面复合材料构件的自动铺纤路径规划通常需要多条参考曲线算法支持,但参考曲线多依赖手工绘制。参考曲线设计遵循迭代的规划-分析-改进流程,效率较低。本文提出了一种参考曲线的自动预分析与优化生成方法,以提高参考曲线分析和生成的效率。首先,基于三角网格提出了参考曲线预分析算法,可在路径规划前分析路径的理论测地曲率和角度偏差。其次,基于预分析算法建立了参考曲线生成的综合评价指标体系,采用遗传算法对参考曲线进行优化。研究结果表明,预分析算法能准确计算路径的转向半径分布。通过优化参考曲线进行路径规划,可消除超限转向半径区域,同时将角度偏差控制在10°以内,显著提高了自动铺纤工艺的可行性和效率。
