自动铺纤(AFP)技术自20世纪80-90年代问世以来,工艺质量和可靠性不断提升,制造的结构性能也在持续改善。当代AFP技术已能制造几何复杂度不断增加的结构件。为适应此类复杂结构的制造需求,需要投入大量工艺规划工作以最大程度降低缺陷发生率。虽然已建立多种AFP优化方法学涉及设计和工艺参数,但工艺规划优化领域的研究工作相对有限。本研究开发了贝叶斯优化(BO)技术用于工艺规划优化,结合计算机辅助工艺规划(CAPP)软件与Vericut复合材料编程(VCP)系统。以双曲面工具表面为案例进行研究,将优化方案与实际制造结果进行对比验证。同时开发了预测工具,可根据缺陷重要性对铺层策略进行排序。研究结果表明缺陷发生率显著降低,使工艺规划人员能够快速评估各种铺层策略和起始点组合的性能表现。
