本研究探讨了内部结构对自动铺纤先进铺层(AP-PLY)层板低速冲击响应的影响。采用不同铺层方式的AP-PLY层板进行低速冲击和冲击后压缩试验。根据其内部结构的差异,获得了不同的损伤容限性能。三向和准各向同性AP-PLY构型相比交叉铺层板表现出较小的分层扩展范围。在50 J冲击能量作用下,交叉铺层构型的残余强度出现急剧下降,降幅达49.1%。通过数值模拟揭示了变形和失效机制(如直接受冲击纱线的基体开裂、分层或纱束界面脱粘),并将AP-PLY性能与传统角度铺层层板进行对比评估。模拟结果预测后者产生更大的分层,证明了AP-PLY结构在改善低速冲击性能方面的潜力。
