自动铺纤中转向预浸料的褶皱形成及初始缺陷敏感性研究

本文研究了自动铺纤(AFP)工艺中含初始缺陷的预浸料在转向过程中的褶皱形成机制。褶皱缺陷严重影响最终产品的力学性能,限制了AFP技术的应用范围。建立了褶皱形成的理论模型,采用Pasternak地基模型和Koiter缺陷模型分别表征预浸料粘性的粘弹性特性和预浸料的初始缺陷。初始缺陷定义为纤维束中面偏离水平面的微小偏差,由纤维束通过导向系统、压辊压力和树脂粘性共同作用产生。采用Galerkin方法结合有限差分法(FDM)求解褶皱问题方程,该方法能够完全满足褶皱问题的不同边界条件。数值结果表明,初始缺陷增大导致临界载荷降低,临界转向半径增大。通过实验验证了理论模型的有效性,模型预测的褶皱波长与实验结果吻合良好,能够准确捕捉褶皱形成的趋势和数值特征。该研究为优化AFP工艺参数、控制褶皱缺陷提供了理论依据。
