自动铺纤中纤维张力预测与控制方法

在自动铺纤(AFP)工艺中,纤维张力是重要的工艺参数,张力的剧烈波动对AFP工艺质量产生不利影响。本文重点研究了AFP中纤维张力的建模与控制方法。首先,基于摩擦损耗建立了纤维传输的力学模型,明确了张力系统的真实控制目标;其次,通过辨识实验获取力学模型中的未知参数;再次,建立了基于被动舞动辊的纤维张力动态模型,并通过曲线拟合进行线性化处理;最后,设计了变参数PID(比例-积分-微分)控制器以实现纤维张力的稳定控制。实验结果表明,所提控制方法能够准确地将实际张力稳定在目标值,在面对速度剧烈波动时的控制误差明显低于传统张力控制系统。本研究的创新点在于:纤维束传输路径末端的张力无法由传感器直接测量,所建立的张力模型可预测纤维束路径各点的张力值,基于张力预测模型的控制方法相比传统方法具有更高的精度。
