采用自动铺纤(AFP)技术制造一体化CFRP加筋结构,在设计初期会导致结构要求与工艺限制之间的矛盾。为避免昂贵的设计迭代,本文提出的解析方法能够计算处于理论可制造性极限的工具几何参数。该模型能够高精度地确定可制造的Ω形加筋板的截面轮廓。研究表明,最大可制造截面参数与AFP系统性能和截面几何参数呈非线性关系。这使得能够对截面参数进行优先级排序,从而高效地定义满足特定结构性能目标的Ω形加筋板。结果表明,考虑当前航空航天应用需求,现有非优化的AFP系统已具备制造具有充分刚度值的Ω形加筋板的潜力。该研究通过建立制造可行性与结构性能之间的定量关系,为CFRP加筋结构的并行工程设计提供了理论支撑。
