自动纤维铺放过程中热塑性复合材料带材的横向挤压流动及原位固化

自动纤维铺放(AFP)过程中热塑性复合材料带材的横向挤压是控制相邻纤维带间隙/重叠的关键挑战。理论模型可以揭示工艺参数对带材变形的直接影响。本研究建立了非牛顿流体挤压流动模型,采用幂律粘度本构关系,在原位固化过程中考虑三种界面边界条件(无滑移、完全滑移和不完全滑移),以预测固化后带材的最终宽度,同时最小化计算成本。模型预测结果与有限元分析结果吻合良好。研究表明,无滑移和完全滑移假设分别低估和高估了实验测量的固化带材宽度。然而,采用不完全滑移条件的挤压模型能够有效捕捉实验数据的变化趋势。该模型引入了新的非牛顿梯形微凸体模型,考虑了挤压过程中亲密接触发展对摩擦参数的影响,为热塑性复合材料带材在AFP工艺中的宽度控制提供了理论指导。
