准确可靠的建模技术对于正确理解和预测制造工艺及最终产品质量至关重要。自动纤维铺放(AFP)工艺因其制造生命周期各阶段复杂且相互关联,整体预测通常困难。目前AFP建模主要采用基于物理的模型(PBM)来理解结构设计及其向制造计划的转化。虽然PBM在简单问题中表现优异,但当引入多尺度或瞬态特性时,其对微小变化和隐藏规律的检测能力受限。数据驱动模型(DDM)能够有效利用制造和检测相关数据,在复杂情况下提供明显优势,特别是当问题难以用PBM表征时。本文系统综述了PBM和DDM在AFP中的应用,以及将两者结合成混合模型(HM)的方法。综述最后识别了现有建模技术的不足,并阐述了推进AFP制造建模工作的相关研究进展。
